Latest imgburn update installs several bloatware programs w/out authorization. Removed and precautionary malware scan. Open source – going, going…
But wait – that’s not all. lol. (why would ANYONE want to remove our bloatware?).
A last detail – almost zero possibility this was an innocent oversight. Chrome crashed twice during the imgburn update – they’re mucking w/computer settings they have no business mucking with. Over & out.
Addendum 30 Jun – malware for sure. Trying to navigate to a bogus IE homepage (rarely use IE) w/a bogus malware prompt. Bad to worse to worse…
