What? There’s no suggestion people aren’t speeding…pretzel logic required to get to “just…wealthy people” statement? My experience – the more expensive the car – the more traffic laws they break…

Btw – I’m not a great fan of Mayor Rahmbo in general but yes – we have traffic enforcement issues in this city – big time.
