Due for a change regardless but. Can’t really blame the level one tech. support guy for sticking to the script. But. They don’t give 2nd level chat support – phone only? Diagnosis & repair of a possibly complex issue – dealing w/my regional accent, their regional accent….no thank you.
As long as you have a recent backup & it restores elsewhere – bluehost.com was running a deal – 1/2 the cost or less compared godaddy.com my time was better spent elsewhere. Godaddy doesn’t automatically email chat transcript – convenient. Screen shot my capture included.
